COMPLEX TRAUMA THERAPY

Healing Is Possible, Even If You've Been Carrying This for Years

Complex trauma can affect the way you see yourself, relate to others, and move through daily life. If anxiety, emotional overwhelm, shame, people-pleasing, relationship struggles, or a constant sense of survival have become your normal, therapy can help you understand the deeper patterns driving those experiences and begin creating lasting change.

UNDERSTANDING COMPLEX TRAUMA

When Difficult Experiences Continue to Shape Life Long After They End

Complex trauma often develops through repeated experiences of emotional neglect, childhood adversity, abuse, betrayal, relationship instability, or environments where safety, trust, and emotional needs were consistently unmet.

Unlike a single traumatic event, complex trauma can affect how a person views themselves, regulates emotions, experiences relationships, and responds to stress. Many adults find themselves struggling with symptoms for years without realizing trauma may be at the root of what they are experiencing.
