My practice is dedicated to helping adults heal from Complex PTSD, childhood trauma, intimate partner violence, grief, betrayal, and relationship wounds through evidence-based treatment approaches that create meaningful, lasting change. I believe healing becomes possible when we move beyond symptom management and begin addressing the experiences that shaped these patterns. My goal is to help clients develop greater self-understanding, emotional resilience, healthier relationships, and a renewed sense of purpose. Whether you are recovering from trauma, navigating grief, or working through relationship challenges, therapy can become a place where healing, growth, and transformation begin.

I Believe Healing Is Possible

One of the greatest privileges of my work is witnessing people discover that their past does not have to define their future.

Many of the individuals I work with have spent years carrying the effects of trauma, grief, betrayal, or painful life experiences while continuing to show up for their families, careers, and relationships. Over time, those burdens can begin to feel overwhelming.

I believe that even those carrying the deepest wounds are capable of healing, growth, and creating a life filled with greater meaning, connection, and purpose. My role is to provide guidance, support, and evidence-based treatment that helps make that healing possible.
